I’m listening to a podcast about
me listening to a podcast and it’s
the most uninteresting thing
so I switch to a podcast about you
listening to a podcast about me
listening to a podcast about you
and it’s pretty good. I listen to
5 of 10 episodes. Episode 4 is a
deep dive into the worldwide
conspiracy theory there exists
a cancelled 11th episode with
the hosts, you and me (what?),
looking for the tallest tree. It’s not
relevant to the overall storyline
but I definitely enjoyed all 30
hours. The 29th is entirely made up
of prank bird calls. It appears
the tallest tree was sawn in half
by a beaver wearing a homemade
man disguise drinking 2% milk.
You should skip Episode 5.
Don’t ask why. Why?
I will tell you: have you
ever heard a moth cry?
Because if you turn on Episode 5
there is no way to turn it off.
The audio summons moths
(the moths invite their friends).
They orbit your body
like a sadness carousel.
Their tears are disproportionally jumbo
but evaporate
before reaching you.
On cold days, this
situation is
a strange mercy.
